Approvazione delle graduatorie provvisorie di Borsa di Studio e Servizio alloggio A.A. 2024/2025 – Approval of the provisional rankings of Scolarship and Accomodation service a.y. 2024/2025.

Sono state approvate le graduatorie provvisorie di Borsa di Studio e Servizio Alloggio a.a. 2024/2025.

Per visualizzare l’esito lo studente deve accedere alla propria AREA RISERVATA.

Le eventuali istanze di revisione, motivate e documentate, dovranno essere presentate compilando il modulo online disponibile in Area riservata entro e non oltre il 18 settembre 2024.

AVVERTENZE PER I VINCITORI DI POSTO ALLOGGIO A.A. 2024/2025:

L’esito del concorso è consultabile da ogni studente accedendo alla propria AREA RISERVATA.

Lo studente, nominato vincitore di posto alloggio, entro il giorno 18 Settembre 2024 (a pena di decadenza dal beneficio), deve comunicare l’accettazione o la rinuncia del posto letto esclusivamente mediante compilazione e invio online del modulo appositamente predisposto e reso disponibile nella propria AREA RISERVATA.

Prima dell’accettazione del posto alloggio, gli studenti vincitori, che non abbiano già in deposito presso le casse dell’Ente l’importo relativo alla cauzione, in quanto versata eventualmente negli anni precedenti, devono effettuare il versamento sul conto corrente pubblicato qui, diversificato per presidio di riferimento (Ancona, Camerino, Macerata and Urbino). Il bonifico deve essere intestato a ERDIS – Presidio di ….. (qui inserire il presidio di appartenenza),con causale: “Cognome e nome dello studente – cauzione alloggio a.a. 2024/2025”.

L’importo della cauzione è pari ad € 150,00.

Agli studenti vincitori di posto alloggio sarà data comunicazione da parte dell’Ufficio Alloggi della data di assegnazione del posto letto (consegna delle chiavi).

Tutti gli studenti dovranno presentare, al momento dell’effettivo ingresso nella struttura abitativa alla data stabilita, la seguente documentazione obbligatoria:

• un certificato medico di data non anteriore a 15 giorni, da cui risulti che lo studente non presenta sintomi riferibili a malattie contagiose o comunque pericolose per la convivenza; la spesa prevista per il certificato è a completo carico dello studente. Lo studente non potrà essere immesso nelle strutture abitative e quindi non potrà prendere possesso del posto letto se non ha consegnato il suddetto certificato;
• Gli studenti che non hanno già in deposito presso le casse dell’Ente l’importo relativo alla cauzione versata eventualmente negli anni precedenti devono anche presentare la quietanza di pagamento della cauzione pari ad € 150,00 per eventuali danni arrecati alla struttura e/o ai beni avuti in consegna, per smarrimento delle chiavi o per la mancata riconsegna delle stesse, per ritardi e mancati pagamenti della retta, per restituzione a qualsiasi titolo di somme di denaro.

To view the result, the student must access into the RESERVED AREA.

Any request for review, justified and documented, must be submitted by filling in the online form available in the reserved area no later than 18 September 2024.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ACCOMMODATION WINNERS A.Y. 2024/2025:

To view the result, the student must access into the RESERVED AREA.

No later than 18 September 2024, the student nominated as a winner of accomodation must communicate acceptance or renounce of the post exclusively by filling in and sending the form online that will be specially prepared and available in his/her RESERVED AREA.

Before acceptance of the accomodation, students who do not already have the amount of any deposit paid in previous years on deposit with the Institution’s coffers, must pay the deposit on the bank account indicated here, diversified by presidio of belonging (Ancona, Camerino, Macerata and Urbino). The transfer must be made to “ERDIS – Presidio di …..” (here insert the presidio of belonging),with the following reference: “Surname and first name of the student – cauzione alloggio a.a. 2024/2025”.

The ammount of the deposit is € 150,00.

The students who have won ACCOMMODATION will be informed by the Accommodation Office of the date of allocation of bed (keys collection).

All students are required to present the following compulsory documentation when they actually enter the accommodation facility on the specified date:

• a medical certificate, dated no earlier than 15 days, showing that the student has no symptoms referable to contagious diseases or any illnesses that are dangerous to cohabitation; the cost of the certificate is borne entirely by the student. The student may not be placed in the accommodation and therefore may not take possession of the bed if he/she has not handed in the aforementioned certificate;
• Students who do not already have the amount of any deposit paid in previous years on deposit with the Institution’s coffers must also present the receipt for the payment of the deposit of €150.00 for any damage caused to the facility and/or to the property they have been given, for loss of keys or failure to return keys, for late or non-payment of tuition fees, for the return of any money.
