L’accesso al servizio di ristorazione ERDIS avviene esclusivamente tramite l’applicazione “ERDIS.eat”, scaricabile gratuitamente da Apple Store, Google Play Store e Huawei AppGallery.
Dopo l’installazione, l’app deve essere associata al profilo studente seguendo la procedura guidata disponibile nell’area riservata.

Per usufruire del servizio è necessario ricaricare il borsellino elettronico. La ricarica può essere effettuata online, dalla propria area riservata selezionando “PAGO PA”, oppure presso il presidio territoriale di riferimento.
Funzioni abilitate all’interno dell’app:
• Pagare il pasto a mensa mostrando il qr code
• entrare nell'area riservata
• ricaricare il borsellino elettronico
• consultare il credito.
In caso di difficoltà è possibile aprire un ticket di assistenza tramite il sistema SRM.
L’utilizzo dell’app “ERDIS.eat” equivale alla presentazione di una tessera identificativa. Si tratta pertanto di uno strumento strettamente personale e non cedibile a terzi. L’utente è responsabile del corretto utilizzo del sistema e ogni abuso, manomissione o utilizzo da parte di terzi comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni previste dalla normativa vigente e, nei casi più gravi, la segnalazione dell’illecito alle Autorità competenti.

In case of difficulties, it is possible to open a support ticket through the SRM system.
The use of the “ERDIS.eat” app is equivalent to presenting an identification card. It is therefore strictly personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for the correct use of the system, and any abuse, tampering or use by third parties will result in the application of the sanctions provided for by the current regulations and, in the most serious cases, the reporting of the offence to the competent Authorities.
